How many shifts do you work a month?
- Full-Time providers work 156 hours
- Part-Time providers work between 48 & 120 hours.
How long does it take to become a partner?
You’re on the road to becoming a partner on your first day. Normal timeline is 24 months.
How are P4P (pay for performance) bonuses calculated?
Main drivers are:
- thorough/complete billing
- limited downcoding
- patients seen per hour
Monthly bonus payouts range from $0 to $9K.
What is the longest contract you have held?
The longest contract we have held was from 1996-2013.
What is the shortest contract you have held?
We have never lost a contract.
Is it possible to be a medical director?
Yes. The first step is to attend the week long Phase I – Director’s Academy in Dallas, TX.
- Attend Hospital Section & Standards Meetings
- Sit on a Hospital Committee (Stroke, ICU, Trauma, etc.)
- EMS Directorship opportunities always available
- Start as an Assistant Director at one of our sites.
- Overall goal is to attend/complete all phases of the Director Academies (I,II, III).
